Amending Records and Documents for Compliance

Recent changes to the legislative environment; by way of the WHS Act, WHS Regulation, Code of Practice and Australian Standards, means many operating entities and PCBU’s do not comply with the legislation. Given one (1) out of every seven (7) Australian Standards change each year (SAI Global), it’s no wonder so many PCBU’s either fail to comply or, don’t realise the legislation has changed.
