Safe Work Integrated Management System (SWIMS)
A Safe Work Integrated Management System (SWIMS) is an electronic collection of records, documents, files, registers, logs, checklists and plans – stored on your computer for easy access and retrieval.
The SWIMS contains hundreds of files, records and documents. For your convenience, files are contained within two (2) sections; firstly, Administration which contains folders such as artwork/brochures/flyers, attendance data, audits, disciplinary data, employment and recruitment, hire agreements, invoices, memorandums, notices and signs, planning and technical data to name but a few.
The second section, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) contains folders and files such as building, fire and emergency, checklists, consultation and communication, contractors and visitors, hazard identification, risk assessment, hazardous chemicals, incidents and injuries, policies, SDS’s, training and inductions, work permits and a WHSEQ management plan and more.
Combined, the Administration and OHSMS sub-sections formulate the SWIMS, an aquatics industry specific system, ready to use immediately and is our premium product – monitored for compliance against all underlying Acts, Regulations, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice, the SWIMS is constantly updated ensuring subscribers remain compliant throughout their subscription periods.
Presently, Aloha Consulting synchronise all master SWIMS folders via Dropbox, a proven cloud based file sharing system - this platform allows Aloha Consulting to amend record and document templates within the system, automatically synchronising the amendments with the subscriber, with little or no latency. Furthermore, subscribers aren’t required to save amended records and documents into specific folders or sub-folders as this is done on your behalf by Aloha Consulting and the Dropbox system.
