Employee Analytics

A tool within the Safe Work Integrated Management System (SWIMS), both detailed and summary versions of the Employee Analytics exist for the purposes of appraising and benchmarking employees. 

Employees are rated according to the inbuilt definitions, and evaluated in nine (9) key areas of the business. Self assessed strengths and weakness is also recorded for medium-long term profiling reasons.
