Risk and Hazard Management
Under the new Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011, a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) has duties and obligations pertaining to the identification, control and mitigation of risks and hazards within the workplace, this applies to any PCBU whether or not the PCBU is conducted for profit or gain. These obligations extend to the safety of employees, sub-contractors, patrons, visitors, and, others in that workplace.
Aloha Consulting can assist PCBU’s and stakeholders with risk mitigation strategies by developing and implementing a customised risk management system. We have unique and simple to follow tools such as our two variable risk matrix (TVRM) which makes assessment and evaluation of risk and hazards a breeze.
